We're looking for a Compliance & Facilities Co-ordinator who thrives on structure, precision, and continuous improvement.
You'll take ownership of ISO 9001 standards, internal audits, and the day-to-day running of our site, ensuring every system, process, and fix meets the highest standard. If you love spotting inefficiencies and turning them into smooth, compliant solutions - this role's for you.
What You'll Do
- Lead ISO 9001 compliance and support wider ISO frameworks (27001, 22301, 14001, 45001).
- Plan and deliver internal audits, ensuring processes meet policy and regulatory requirements.
- Manage site standards - overseeing maintenance, repairs, and reactive fixes that keep operations running seamlessly.
- Drive Health & Safety and environmental best practice across the workplace.
- Review, refine, and improve compliance processes to keep us ahead of the curve.
