Job Description

South Leicestershire Medical Group are looking for a organised and proactive facilities co-ordinator to join our team. The role is essential in ensuring that the practice premises and facilities are safe, compliant and well maintained.
Part time/self employed/zero hours considered for the right candidate.
Main duties of the job
The facilities co-ordinator will oversee the day to day management of the surgery's building testing, including fire, lighting and legionella. Legionella responsible person training will be provided. The facilities co-ordinator will carry out all weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly tests and complete checks on our internal systems to show compliance in all areas, working closely with the practice management to ensure compliance with health and safety standards, infection prevention and CQC requirements.
