Bouygues Energies & Services currently has an exciting opportunity for a Facilities Co-ordinator to join our Facilities Management team at the Body Shop International office in Littlehampton. This is a permanent full-time position working 40 hours per week between 08:00 and 17:00, Monday to Friday.

Key Activities:

  • Reporting to the Operations Manager
  • To provide front line customer service support, ensuring all tasks are completed to the highest standard in the designated buildings to Operations Manager and company\'s specification.
  • Undertake administration and co-ordination tasks within nominated facilities in accordance with specific instructions, identify any supplementary work required to ensure the accommodation is presented in excellent condition at all times.
  • To work as part of the FM team across all areas of service delivery: Porterage, Reception duties, minor M&E tasks including PPM\'s and on call, post room / courier services, waste collection, helpdesk duties (monitoring mailboxes, raising orders, logging tasks and quoted works), meeting room set ups and provision of security guard services.
  • Co-ordinate the helpdesk to ensure tasks are completed on time, including dashboard monitoring of planned/reactive works for both TBSI contracts.
  • Provision of PO, invoices/webcycle management
  • Working 40 hours per week between 08:00 and 17:00, Monday to Friday
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Previous administration experience and good IT skills (able to use emails, management systems, databases, Maximo/CAFM, etc.) essential, previous experience on an FM helpdesk desirable
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Able to work as part of a team and autonomously
  • Well organised and able to prioritise a busy workload
  • Able to multi-task in a busy work environment
