. This is a varied role where you'll support the day-to-day running of our offices and facilities, ensuring they are safe, compliant, and well-managed to allow our Consultants to focus on delivering great work for our clients.
You'll provide essential support across property and facilities management, ordering and logistics, health and safety checks, and front-facing services to colleagues and visitors. You'll also play a part in audits, asset management and business continuity planning. While the role will be based at our Banbury office, there will be the occasional travel to other sites -- so a
driving licence is preferred
.
Furthermore there will also be times when you'll need to work additional hours to cover annual leave within the team, so flexibility is really important.
What we're looking for
You'll need to bring: Proven experience as a senior administrator and/or within a facilities management role
Strong communication skills, written and verbal
Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Office applications
Experience of help desk or service desk systems would be idealF13
Ability to work independently with initiative, as well as part of a team
Good understanding of health and safety requirements
A current driving licence
It's a bonus if you have: H&S training or experience (e.g. First Aid, Fire Marshal, accident reporting)
Experience with quality management systems (policies, procedures, compliance)
Strong organisational skills in a fast-paced environment
Report writing experience
