What you'll be doing




You'll be at the heart of our supply chain excellence, ensuring the site is maintained, waste managed, and kept orderly. Reporting to the Facilities Lead, your day-to-day will include:

Supporting facilities larger maintenance projects and provide support to the Facilities Lead. Work with the facilities team and internal stakeholders to reduce costs. Maintaining the Concerto FM system for onsite works and planned legal compliance works and remedials. Liaising with contractors regarding quotations and raising POs for works. Ensuring RAMS received and you have checked all is appropriate to the scope of works, undertake onsite contractor inductions and appropriate permit writing and monitoring (training will be provided). Ensuring contractors are working according to RAMS and are always working safely onsite, following all H&S requirements. Working with contractors and external suppliers. Work with all internal stakeholders to gain support and buy in on projects and day to day repairs. Attend H&S wider site meetings to represent positively the facilities department and advise and update on works onsite. Coordinating and processing waste removal and storage onsite alongside the Facilities and H&S teams. Maintaining a high level of cleanliness onsite, inside and out, utilising various MHE equipment to aid the tasks / empty bins. Maintaining and achieving set KPIs. Seasonal works - landscape and gritting checks and undertaking.

What you'll bring to the team




We're looking for a proactive team player with strong interpersonal skills. To succeed in this role, you'll need:

MHE experience. IOSH. Excellent numeracy and administrative skills. Strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills and excellent attention to detail. Demonstrable competence and experience within Facilities and H&S. Comfortable in communicating across all stakeholder levels. Problem solver with a positive and flexible can-do attitude. Strong customer focus and team player. Excellent organisation and time management skills with the ability to work at pace to organise and prioritise time effectively during busy work periods.
