Job Description
Job Title: Facilities Coordinator
Salary: 14 per hour
Schedule: Full-time, Tuesday - Thursday 08:00 - 16:30
Location: London
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform ad hoc front-of-house duties, including welcoming guests, issuing passes, and assisting with visitor management and events.
- Suppor employees and contractors with general FM queries, assist with allocating Soft Services workplace work orders in Spacewell, and complete CAWS (Control of Work System) approvals for all tasks.
- Conduct meeting room checks, act as the Point of Contact (POC) for Security, and oversee the FM site shared calendar.
- Support health and safety tasks, including regular site walks, maintaining systems (e.g., DSE records, X matters, distribution lists), new starter onboarding, and site inductions.
- Support with fire drills, evacuation procedures, and incident reporting.
Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
