Facilities Coordinator Part-Time | Fixed Term - 6 Weeks Role Overview The primary role of the Facilities Coordinator is to provide support for, monitor the performance of, and coordinate a small team of multi-skilled operatives. The role involves developing close working relationships with key client stakeholders and partners, landlords, managing agents, and all facilities vendors. The Facilities Coordinator ensures that all tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner while supporting operational, financial, and compliance requirements across the site. Key Responsibilities Provide support for, monitor the performance of, and coordinate a small team of multi-skilled operatives Develop close working relationships with key client stakeholders/partners, landlords, managing agents, and facilities vendors Assist in the management of all contractors on site to ensure they perform to the required standards Assist in the procurement of vendors and services as required Support financial processes to ensure all financial management requirements are completed accurately and on time Ensure prompt and accurate management of purchase orders within the internal financial management platform Assist with monthly accrual reports and help monitor finance trackers Conduct site inspections, assessments, regular audits, and carry out safety and building procedures Support ad-hoc duties and performance measurement activities as required Assist in the implementation of the property risk management programme and industry best practice operations Maintain premises in a neat and good working condition at all times Support the implementation and monitoring of disaster recovery and business continuity plans Follow established escalation and incident reporting procedures Provide support for regular management reports and projects as required Achieve Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets Skills & Competencies Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Self-motivated with a confident and energetic attitude Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work well under pressure and demonstrate flexibility
