Job Responsibilities:

This role entails but is not limited to:


Maintenance of Door Access, Barrier Systems, CCTV, Fire Alarm


Support management of site security


Maintenance of boilers, welfare facilities and changing rooms. HV/LV supply equipment, Cooling towers and chillers, Water treatment equipment , waste water treatment, compressors, vacuum equipment, light and emergency lighting, drainage systems, building fabric.


Promote the companies HSE Policies across the department and division to adhere to all requirements


Previous experience within a similar role is essential


It would also be desirable to have the follow:


Time Served Maintenance Engineer


IT Skills including Microsoft Office


Knowledge of CHHP/ Gas Generation


Knowledge of CMMS - Agility


Knowledge of 14001


HV Trained


Personal Attributes:


Good Problem Solving Skills


Team Player


Challenge the status quo


Work collaboratively to achieve the project/ company goals


Ability to work in a fast paced environment


Flexibility to travel overseas when required <10%


Eligibility to work in the UK
