About the Role

We're looking for two reliable and experienced

Handypersons

to join our team at Regency FM, supporting one of our key clients in Prestwick. If you take pride in your work, enjoy hands-on tasks, and like variety in your day, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

What You'll Be Doing

Installing noticeboards, whiteboards, and signage Carrying out basic plumbing repairs (e.g. unblocking sinks and toilets) Supporting waste management operations (baler, compactor, or forklift if applicable) Replacing damaged ceiling tiles, painting walls, and maintaining doors and fittings Completing joinery and general building repairs to a high standard Installing and moving racking systems Reporting any defects or maintenance issues promptly Working safely and maintaining a clean, organised workspace
(Masonry or bricklaying experience would be a bonus!)

Hands-on experience in maintenance or repairs A proactive, can-do attitude and attention to detail Good communication and record-keeping skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Commitment to health and safety and high work standards
