We're looking for an energetic and proactive Facilities Lead to join APEM Group. This is a hands-on and varied role -- balancing day-to-day facilities management with project work, supplier relationships, and people leadership to support our UK offices, laboratories and storage warehouses-- ensuring they remain safe, compliant, efficient and ready for our scientists and consultants to do their best work. This is a highly mobile role and will require travel to offices and storage facilities across the UK, (including Edinburgh, Manchester and Devon).
Working closely with the Facilities Manager and the Facilities Lead for Ireland, you'll take ownership of Facilities projects including office moves, refurbishments, supplier reviews and asset management. You'll manage and develop a small Facilities team, support compliance across our property portfolio, and act as a trusted point of contact for stakeholders across the Group. This role is suited to someone who brings energy, stamina and strong organisational instincts -- someone who can spot issues early, take initiative, and drive continuous improvement across a varied and growing estate.
