Facilities Maintenance Supervisor (Technical Progression)
45,000 + Technical Training + Unique Environment + Flexible Working Hours + Pension
Site based role, commutable from Bath, Chippenham, Melksham, Midsomer Norton, Bristol and surrounding areas.

On offer is a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor role where you will be responsible for both mechanical and electrical building maintenance as well as leading a team of engineers.
This role would suit someone from a facilities / building maintenance background that is looking for an opportunity to further develop their skillset and work in an autonomous, unique role.
The Role:

• Oversee a team of electrical and mechanical technicians
• Hands on preventative and reactive maintenance
• Ongoing training and development

The Person:

• Experience in building maintenance / facilities management
• Supervisor / Lead / Manager
• Hospitality / hotel experience is desirable
