Role Overview



To lead the delivery of integrated facilities management services for a key client account, ensuring operational excellence, commercial performance, and client satisfaction. The Account Lead is the primary client interface, responsible for strategic oversight, service delivery, KPI performance, reporting, and financial management.

What you'll do



Client Relationship Management



Act as the main point of contact for the client, building strong, trust-based relationships. Understand client needs and translate them into service delivery plans. Lead regular client meetings, reviews, and strategic planning sessions.

Service Delivery Oversight



Ensure all FM services (hard and soft) are delivered to agreed contractual KPI's & SLA's Work closely with the Service Delivery Manager to monitor KPI performance. Drive continuous improvement and innovation across the account.

Performance & Compliance



Oversee compliance with statutory regulations, health and safety, and company policies. Monitor and report on service performance using CAFM and other reporting tools. Ensure timely resolution of issues and implementation of corrective actions. Full responsibility for contractual KPI performance and associated duties to ensure these are fulfilled.

Commercial & Financial Management



Liaise with the commercial team to manage contract accounts, forecasts, and financial reporting. Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements. Support contract renewals, variations, and commercial negotiations. Ensure the remedial management is processed and provided to the clients

Team Leadership



Support other operational FM teams as required, covering all aspects of the agreed FM delivery model Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.

What you'll bring



As an FM Account Lead your main skills and experience will include:

Essential Criteria

Proven experience in FM account management or service delivery roles. Strong understanding of FM operations, compliance, and performance management. Excellent client-facing and stakeholder engagement skills. Commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and contracts. Strong leadership and team management capabilities. Proficiency in CAFM systems and performance reporting tools.
