Due to our continued growth and expansion, we have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our facilities management team in this Client facing role as an

Facilities Management (FM) Estimator

.

Key responsibilities and duties

Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for FM contracts and tender submissions Analyse specifications, drawings, and other documentation to prepare estimates Collaborate with internal stakeholders and subcontractors to gather necessary pricing and scope data Support business development by contributing to strategic bids and client presentations Assist in developing estimating tools, templates, and pricing models to improve efficiency and accuracy Monitor industry trends and pricing benchmarks to ensure competitiveness

Required experience

Proven 3 years' experience as an Estimator or in a similar role Strong understanding of FM services Excellent attention to detail with strong numerical and analytical skills Proficient in using estimating software and MS Excel Strong communicator with a collaborative mindset Commercially aware and confident in contributing to business growth initiatives

Desirable experience

MTC (measured term contract) along with NEC contract experience Previous Facilities Management experience
