What You'll Be Doing:

Lead, motivate, and manage a skilled on-site engineering team--allocating workloads and driving high performance through a positive, hands-on approach. Oversee and manage external contractors and tender processes, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality service delivery. Collaborate with senior operations teams on strategic planning, compliance, and contractor proposals. Develop and maintain a comprehensive

planned preventative maintenance (PPM)

programme across all site assets, ensuring meticulous tracking for audit and compliance. Play a key role in health & safety initiatives, ensuring the site consistently exceeds expectations and maintains full compliance. Provide clear reporting on asset management, contractor performance, and maintenance schedules to senior leadership.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a

Facilities & Maintenance Manager

in a

large-scale site

--ideally in the

hospitality, leisure, or hotel sector

. A confident and motivating leader with strong team management skills. Excellent communication skills--both verbal and written. Deep understanding of facilities management principles and asset care. Experience in managing complex, high-value properties or estates. Health & Safety expertise--

IOSH qualified essential

. Hands-on mindset and proactive problem-solving skills.

Pay: 45,000.00-50,000.00 per year
