This company operates one of the only facilities in the world that specialise in their niche field. They are now looking for a dedicated Facilities Manager to join their team and play a key part in the ongoing success and development of their bespoke and globally recognised operation.
The day-to-day responsibilities of this role include leading a small team, ensuring compliance and safety standards are met, overseeing maintenance activities, supporting site transformation projects, and maintaining financial control.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience within Facilities Management and a strong understanding of 5S principles and continuous improvement processes. Knowledge of Legionella and Asbestos management is desirable but not essential.
Candidates must hold a British Passport and be able to pass Security Clearance.
