• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Monitor budgets and expenditures related to facilities management activities.
• Coordinate space planning and allocation for optimal workplace efficiency.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain high standards.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the wider property team.

Lead on all FM related duties for the organisation.Oversee an East Midlands regional portfolio.
A successful Confidential Estate and Facilities Manager should have:

• Proven experience in facilities or estate management.
• A strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Excellent organisational and project management skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and financial forecasting effectively.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience in leading a team and managing vendor relationships and SLA's.
