Strategic Visionary: Developing and implementing long-term Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) strategies and overseeing major capital projects.
Compliance Crusader: Full accountability for all statutory and regulatory compliance (H&S, Fire, Water), negotiating and monitoring external service contracts.
Team Leader: Leadership, training, and development of the in-house premises and grounds staff teams.

Essential Requirements: Extensive managerial experience in facilities management (IWFM desirable) within a large institutional environment.
Salary Range: Highly competitive salary (expected to be 55,000 - 65,000 per annum).
