An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Facilities Management Team as a Facilities Manager. As part of the Facilities Management you will be responsible for managing some of the Facilities Services. Facilities Management mirrors the hotel function within a hospital - Catering, Cleaning, Car Parks, Linen, Waste and Portering & Security etc.
Main duties of the job
To ensure provision of a high quality service, and to continually look at ways to improve the service, using Trust wide feedback.
You are responsible for the day to day management of staff, which includes staff performance and attendance management and undertaking disciplinary action as and when required.
