Job Title: Facilities Manager must have Health & Safety experience 
 Reports to: Head of Compliance & Central Support
 Location: Swadlincote (travel between offices required; hybrid working available)
 Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday) 
Role Overview: 
 We are seeking an experienced and proactive Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of multiple office sites, ensuring safe, efficient, and well-maintained work environments. 
 You'll manage the admin and reception teams, handle supplier contracts, oversee building maintenance, and ensure full compliance with health & safety legislation. This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on people, operations, and service delivery. 
Key Responsibilities: 
 Line manage administration and reception teams across sites 
 Oversee office procedures, team meetings, and performance monitoring 
 Manage maintenance, repairs, security, and cleaning services 
 Monitor facilities budgets and supplier contracts 
 Lead office moves and refurbishments 
 Ensure compliance with H&S legislation, risk assessments, and training 
 Conduct safety audits, drills, and staff inductions 
 Monitor safeguarding/incident data and report trends 
 Maintain office equipment, supplies, and IT/telecoms inventory 
 Provide occasional out-of-hours on-call support for site security 
What We're Looking For: 
 Experience in office/facilities management, ideally across multiple sites 
 Strong understanding of health & safety and compliance standards 
 Proven leadership and team management skills 
 Confident managing budgets, suppliers, and facilities projects 
 Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills 
 Hands-on, proactive approach with flexibility to travel as needed
