We are seeking a Facilities Manager to lead and manage all aspects of facilities, estates management, health & safety, security, and compliance across the Blackburne House estate, ensuring the effective maintenance and safe operation of a complex, multi-use, Grade II listed building. This role plays a key part in supporting the delivery of Blackburne House's services by ensuring a safe, well-maintained, compliant, and welcoming environment for all users.
Our Facilities Manager must be flexible in their approach to work, have good communication skills and work well as part of a team. You must also be able to implement and manage all areas of Health & Safety at work and be someone who is aware of the importance of security controls.
