Position: Facilities Manager
Location: London, EC4N
Duration: Permanent
Salary: From 45,000 to 50,000
We are looking for an experienced Facilities Manager for a high calibre client based in the EC4N area of London.
This is a very prestigious site, owned by a very high calibre client
The right person for this position will have already worked as a Facilities Manager in a multi story building. They need to have experience in dealing with high end clients that will have demanding needs
This site will already have its own engineers on site, as well as external contractors.
This person needs to have a strong knowledge of health and safety on site.
It would be a major advantage if this person can speak Chinese, but this is not essential for the position
Requirements
- Experience as a Facilities Manager
- Must have a track record in working on high calibre sites
- It would be a major advantage if this person can speak Chinese
- Experience dealing with internal and external engineers
- Ability to be flexible with the working hours
- Must be on site, no hybrid working
- Excellent basic salary
- Pension
- 20 days holiday plus bank holidays
- Monday to Friday position
