As Facilities Manager, you'll be at the heart of estate operations, leading on facilities management, health & safety, and service delivery. Your work will ensure seamless operations and consistently high standards across the estate.

What We're Looking For:

• Solid experience in Facilities or Estate Management, ideally in a mixed-use or public environment
• Strong grasp of H&S practices (IOSH/NEBOSH preferred)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Confident in contractor oversight and FM reporting
• Familiarity with service charge budgeting
