Secured a position as Facilities Manager at one of the most prestigious residential developments in West London!
My client is looking for a Facilities Manager to take the lead at a beautiful residential development in West London.

As Facilities Manager, you'll play a key role in the smooth running of the development, taking ownership of maintenance routines, contractor management, and compliance - all while keeping the resident experience at the heart of everything you do.
Your Responsibilities:

• Overseeing daily facilities operations, maintenance routines, and contractor supervision
• Managing planned preventative maintenance (PPM), inspections, and compliance records
• Leading on health & safety audits, risk assessments, and incident response
• Developing effective maintenance schedules while ensuring minimal disruption to residents
• Building strong relationships with contractors, on-site teams, and residents alike
• Managing budgets, reporting, and continuous improvements across building operations
• Taking responsibility for both communal areas and in-apartment maintenance tasks

Your Requirements:

• Proven experience in facilities management within residential, BTR, co-living, PBSA, or hospitality sectors
• Strong knowledge of building compliance, health & safety, and risk management
• Confident in managing contractors and external service providers
• Organised, meticulous, and able to balance multiple priorities
• Comfortable with CAFM or similar systems to track compliance and reporting
• A proactive, people-first mindset with excellent communication skills
