We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the operational effectiveness, maintenance, and service experience across our Baker Street office, Monmouth Street location, The House of ELEMIS, and our standalone retail estate. This role ensures that our workplaces are well-maintained, efficient, and reflective of the exceptional standards associated with the ELEMIS brand.
Purpose of the Role
The Facilities Manager will lead the day-to-day and strategic management of facilities operations across multiple ELEMIS sites. This includes overseeing building systems, maintenance programmes, contractors, service providers, and ensuring environments that support employee productivity and customer experience.
The role will also support organisational compliance by coordinating with internal and external specialists on health & safety requirements.
What Will You Do?
Facilities Management

  • Oversee day-to-day facilities operations across Baker Street, Monmouth Street, The House of ELEMIS, and standalone retail sites.
  • Manage planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance, ensuring environments remain safe, functional, and well-presented.
  • Manage reception duties when required.
  • Oversee all HVAC systems (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), ensuring they are maintained, serviced, and compliant - delivering safe, comfortable, and high-quality air circulation across offices, spa environments, and retail locations.
  • Manage key building systems including electrical infrastructure, plumbing, fire alarms, security systems, water systems, and access control.
  • Oversee contractor performance, ensuring insurance, certifications, and safety documentation are up to date.
  • Lead office and retail refurbishments, space planning, moves, and small works projects.
  • Manage cleaning, waste management, utilities, and building services contracts.
  • Maintain accurate facilities documentation, including maintenance logs, certifications, and service records.
  • Manage facilities budgets, procurement, and cost control, ensuring value for money and effective forecasting.
  • Ensure all sites uphold ELEMIS brand standards and deliver a premium experience for employees, guests, and customers.
Health, Safety & Compliance
  • Coordinate with internal Health & Safety leads and external specialists to ensure statutory compliance is upheld.
  • Support health & safety processes by facilitating site inspections, maintenance of safety equipment, and documentation management.
  • Ensure contractors adhere to ELEMIS policies and safe working practices.
  • Support emergency procedures (e.g., fire drills, evacuation coordination) in collaboration with designated H&S leads.
Retail Estate Support
  • Oversee facilities requirements for all standalone retail locations.
  • Ensure stores are maintained to high standards and that facilities issues are resolved promptly.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with Retail Operations to support store performance.
The Perfect Candidate:
Skills, Experience & Qualifications
Essential
  • Proven multi-site Facilities Management experience.
  • Strong understanding of building systems, maintenance programmes, and statutory compliance requirements.
  • Experience managing HVAC systems, electrical and mechanical infrastructure, and service providers.
  • Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
Desirable
  • Experience in retail, hospitality, spa, or wellness environments.
  • Experience with sustainability, energy management, or environmental building practices.
  • Budget management and procurement experience.
