Role Overview:
Our client is looking to appoint an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the effective delivery of hard and soft FM services across a portfolio of London-based sites. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this is a key role offering long-term career progression within a supportive and growing organisation.
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day facilities operations, ensuring sites are safe, compliant, and well maintained
• Manage planned and reactive maintenance across building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fabric)
• Lead and coordinate FM suppliers, contractors, and service partners
• Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations and statutory requirements
• Manage service contracts, monitor performance, and control costs
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and operational reports
• Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders
• Respond to escalations and ensure effective resolution of facilities issues

Requirements:

• Proven experience in facilities management within the FM sector
• Strong knowledge of hard and soft FM services
• Good understanding of UK health & safety and compliance standards
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience managing contractors and service providers
• Relevant FM qualifications or certifications (desirable)
