? Location: Any of the following offices: Newtownards, Lisburn, Antrim, Belfast, Downpatrick. Hybrid working available.
? Salary: 38,993 per annum based on 35 hours per week (pro-rata as appropriate). Increment awarded following confirmation in post.
? Hours: 14-21 hours pw (please note additional hours may be required initially up to a maximum of 35 hours, length of initial period/hours to be agreed on appointment).

We are passionate about making a positive difference to people's mental health and wellbeing. To help us deliver our vital work, we are looking for a skilled and proactive Facilities Manager to join our team.
Action Mental Health rents properties from public, private and charity sector landlords across NI but also owns properties and is a landlord with tenants to manage. In this role, you will lead on the management and development of our estate across Northern Ireland, ensuring safe, welcoming and efficient environments for staff, volunteers and the clients we support. The role combines hands-on facilities and contract management with strategic oversight, to make a real difference to how our charity operates day to day.
We are looking for someone who is committed to our values, motivated to make a positive difference, experienced in facilities or estates management, highly organised with strong problem solving skills and a confident communicator who will build positive relationships with staff, suppliers and other stakeholders.
