The school needs a highly organized individual capable of managing the maintenance of a varied portfolio of buildings and driving rigorous operational efficiency. Core Responsibilities & Scope
Operational Organiser: Overseeing daily premises schedules, managing site staff, and coordinating cleaning and grounds maintenance services.
Compliance Chief: Full accountability for all statutory H&S and fire safety routines, completing essential documentation and risk assessments.
Contract Coordinator: Supervising external contractors, overseeing repair work, and managing general upkeep to preserve the estate's high standards.

Salary Range: Highly competitive salary (expected to be 52,000 - 65,000 per annum).
