Are you ready to take ownership of a diverse and dynamic estate across the UK and Europe? We're looking for a Facilities Manager who thrives on problem-solving, project delivery, and making spaces safer and smarter for everyone who uses them.
? Why this role matters
You'll be at the heart of our Group Facilities team, supporting over 40 locations and 150+ buildings. From reactive maintenance to capital investment projects, your work will directly impact the safety, efficiency, and experience of our team members and customers.
? What you'll be doing

  • Responding to facilities requests and coordinating with site teams and contractors.
  • Ensuring statutory compliance and supporting audits.
  • Managing capital investment projects from planning to completion.
  • Working closely with our HSE team to uphold ISO standards and ensure zero harm.
  • Reviewing quotes and scopes of work to ensure value for money.
?? What you'll bring
  • Solid experience in facilities or construction, with a sharp eye for detail.
  • Strong knowledge of health & safety and compliance legislation.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale projects.
