More about your role
We are looking to recruit a Facilities Manager on a permanent basis.
Reporting to the Head of Facilities Management, you will be responsible for managing the day-to day delivery, statutory and legislative requirements on a portfolio covering the North of the UK.
On a daily basis, you will ensure portfolio compliance across all managed sites and undertake FM Inspections including building and contractor compliance when required. In addition, you will also be expected to undertake FM inspections and assist in the creation of on-site documents.
More about you
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and have worked with comparable sized portfolios (approx. 10 properties). Health and safety qualifications such as NEBOSH are desired along with a track record of working directly with clients.
Experience & Skills

• Experience as a Facilities Manager,
• A proven track record of managing a similar sized portfolio,
• NEBOSH qualification or equivalent,
• Experience in a client facing role.
