Minor Works Project Manager - Filton, Bristol (100% Flexible)
Rate: 40/hr Umbrella | 35 hrs/week
Clearance: BPSS+| Contract until 30/09/2026, possible extension
We are recruiting for a Minor Works Project Manager to join a leading FM team in Filton. You will manage multiple minor works projects (up to 100,000) across Filton, Bristol, and Newport, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to safety and quality standards.
Key Requirements:

• Experience managing multiple projects and M&E works
• NEBOSH & IOSH Managing Safely qualifications
• CDM awareness and stakeholder management skills
• Strong time management and financial oversight
