We're looking for a Facilities Project Manager - Workplace Transformation to lead strategic space optimisation and transformation initiatives across our global offices. You'll play a key role in creating more efficient, flexible and inspiring environments for our people during a time of exciting organisational change.
What you'll do
Lead multiple cross-functional workstreams (Operations, HR, IT, Finance, Real Estate) to deliver workplace transformation projects
Deliver space optimisation and site rationalisation initiatives, including relocation logistics, to improve efficiency and employee experience
Coordinate end-to-end change activities, ensuring smooth execution and minimal disruption to business operations
Build strong stakeholder alignment and provide clear executive reporting on progress and outcomes
Apply advanced space planning, occupancy analytics and data visualisation tools to guide strategic decisions
Support wider organisational restructuring and workforce flexibility strategies
What you'll bring
A proven track record managing enterprise-level transformation or change programmes across multiple geographies
Strong project management expertise and the ability to thrive in a matrix environment with shifting priorities
Experience of change management, ideally within M&A, divestment or large-scale restructuring contexts
An agile, solutions-oriented mindset (formal Agile qualification welcome but not essential)
Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder-management skills, with data-driven decision-making capabilities
Proficiency in project management methodologies and familiarity with tools such as AutoCAD, IWMS platforms and data visualisation software
