Facilities Supervisor

to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring our facilities operate smoothly, safely, and in compliance with all regulations to support world-class service for our clients.

Your Tasks:

Supervise the maintenance and repair of the warehouse, office space and surrounding facilities. Manage contractors and vendors for cleaning, electrical, plumbing, security, and other services. Ensure all equipment and infrastructure (racking, dock doors, conveyors, etc.) are fully operational. Conduct regular inspections to identify safety hazards, maintenance needs and compliance with health & safety regulations. Support warehouse operations by minimizing downtime due to facility-related issues. Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, repairs, and facility-related documentation. Manage facilities-related budgets and ensure cost-effective procurement of services and supplies. Implement and monitor preventive maintenance programs. Respond to facility emergencies promptly and coordinate resolutions.

Your Profile:

Proven experience in a facilities or maintenance supervisory role, preferably in a warehouse, logistics or 3PL environment. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to manage external vendors and contractors. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Computer literacy (e.g., CMMS systems, Microsoft Office Suite).
