A new opportunity has arisen within our Facilities Department on site at Stafford for a Facilities Support Team Member to join the team. This is a Monday to Friday role, covering the hours of 09:00 till 17:00.

We're looking to offer a salary of up to 25,396.80 per annum , and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). What you'll do on a typical day:

• Responsible for supporting the ongoing maintenance of the external & internal site decor & building fabric and responsible for repairs as of when.

• Ensuring items for re-cycling and disposal are segregated accordingly, stored for collection and are accounted for.

• Ensure internal hygiene & housekeeping standards are continuously improved to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness.

• Operating counterbalance and MHE cleaning equipment.

• Daily yard duties, including hygiene, emptying main bins across site, pallet control.

• Supporting racking maintenance, service and repairs.

• Supporting with fire alarm, call point, sprinkler testing, and various other testing i.e. Truck wash, Water, Back up Generator, Pump house valve, Mains Pumps.
