We are seeking an experienced operator to oversee various projects and initiatives in facilities, systems and training developments. The role incorporates facilities and systems budget planning, working systems implementation, trainee/student liaison, maintaining the practice's online presence, producing newsletters, and other PR duties.
The successful candidate will oversee various projects and initiatives to ensure that they stay on track and on budget.
The ideal candidate would have experience leading a department or staff group, experience with project managing, budgeting, accounts keeping and experience in the field of education or training to assist with the dissemination of new systems. The role will require a knowledge of SystmOne and other IT including the full MS suite with a focus on cloud-based services such as OneDrive, SharePoint, Forms and Excel as well as CAD drawing and graphics programs, web design skills and excel and accounting software. An ability to communicate effectively with different parties, including building contractors, accounting services and medical practitioners is essential. Skills to be demonstrated at interview.
The role will initially be part time - circa 8 hours per week - attending the office in person when required.
