Facilities Team Member
Location: Bristol West
Hours and Rota: 15 hours per week. The role will be expected to work an 8 hour shift between 8am and 8pm on weekendly only (Saturday & Sunday)
Salary: 10,279 - 11,434 per annum (depending on experience), plus bonus and benefits
Essential: A full driving license valid for driving in the UK
What you`ll be doing as a Facilities Team Member

• Resolving a variety of general maintenance issues and problems including basic plastering, window and door repairs, completing like-for-like electrical changes and basic plumbing
• Responding to any Health and Safety related calls
• Completing planned inspections and rectifying any remedial works
• Logging any maintenance issues and follow up accordingly

What we`re looking for in you

• You`ll have experience working within general maintenance, basic plumbing and electrical skills desireable.
• Able to manage time effectively, work independently, solve problems proactively, and communicate clearly.
• You`ll have experience within a customer facing role
