Planned & Reactive maintenance in all aspects of electrical & mechanical services Plant & equipment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Planned maintenance & repair of Industrial plant equipment
  • Planned maintenance and repair of buildings & services including electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and cooling tower systems .
  • Electrical & mechanical installations & upgrades to current IET wiring regulations
  • Risk assessments & method statements
  • Adhere to Health & Safety regulations
Qualifications

Qualifications
  • Accredited apprenticeship in electrical engineering/maintenance or City & Guilds Electrical Installations Level 3 (2357 Combined City & Guilds & NVQ) BTEC Level 3 in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
  • Current IET Wiring regulations certificate 18th edition
  • MEWP \xe2\x80\x93 IPAF - preferred but not essential
  • BS 7671 Inspection & Testing Qualification preferred but not essential
  • PAT Testing Qualification preferred but not essential
Experience
  • At least 3 years in commercial/light industrial electrical plant maintenance including 3 phase systems
  • Working within a team environment
  • Commercial electrical Installation
  • Working with building control systems & BMS
  • Knowledge of cooling tower operation and maintenance \xe2\x80\x93 preferred but not essential
Skills
  • Electrical Skills
  • H & S knowledge Including risk assessments and COSHH
  • BMS & Control system knowledge
  • Basic IT Skills
