products -- is looking for a hands-on, reliable Factory Operative to join our friendly, closeknit



production team in Christchurch.

What You'll Be Doing



As a Factory Operative, you'll work across various stages of our production process, gaining



hands-on experience with specialist machinery and technology. Your role will include:



Operating CNC laser-guided machinery using CAD software to produce precision

rubber parts and intricate designs.



Using rubber strip cutting machines to convert full rolls into custom-sized strips.

Measuring, cutting, assembling, and inspecting components for accuracy and quality.

Picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders efficiently.

Keeping your workspace clean, organised, and safe.

Working with your team to solve problems and meet production goals.

Comfortable using tools or operating machinery (training provided).

Able to follow instructions and maintain attention to detail.

Interested in learning CAD design, CNC machinery, and production processes.

Keen to develop new skills and build a long-term career in manufacturing.
