Position:

Factory Operative

Reports to:

Pour Line team leader.

Role Overview:

Based at our Lurgan site, the successful candidate will be part of the pour line team and responsible for ensuring products are produced to the highest standards, meeting the required safety and quality standards.

Key Accountabilities:



Operating equipment in line with Health & Safety procedures and ensuring that this is adhered to at all times. Working as part of a team and/or individually in a busy manufacturing environment ensuring that product is manufactured to the expected the standard. General operative duties capable of movement between departments Working to tight deadlines Maintaining a high standard of housekeeping Maintaining quality control throughout all areas of production Working as part of a team on the concrete production line/demould

Associated Responsibilities:



Support of all operations related activities as required particularly during periods of unplanned absence, holidays, and high workloads.

Experience and Training:



Be action oriented and drive results. Have high levels of attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines. Be able to plan and align work. Demonstrate self-awareness. Be resourceful. Work well within a team Be health and safety and quality focused.

Must have previous experience working in busy manufacturing environment
