Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated Factory Worker to join our manufacturing team. We are a small family business, established over 50 years, we manufacture and fit bespoke kitchens and bedrooms. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the production and assembly process of our furniture ensuring quality standards. The position is paid and suitable for individuals seeking steady employment in a hands-on role.

Responsibilities

Assist with the building of bespoke fitted bedroom and kitchen furniture. Assist with the inspection of products to ensure quality standards are met Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area to promote safety and efficiency Support the loading and unloading of materials and finished goods using appropriate tools and equipment Work closely with team members to meet production targets and deadlines

Skills

Good organisational skills with attention to detail Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Basic understanding of health and safety practices within an industrial setting Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads safely Prior experience in manufacturing environments and the use of hand power tools is advantageous but not essential Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 12.92-14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
