Shift Pattern:




Shift 1:

06:00 - 14:00 (with enhanced pay between 06:00 - 08:00)

Shift 2:

14:00 - 22:00 (with enhanced pay between 16:00 - 22:00) Shifts alternate weekly

Once trained, you'll earn

14.42 per hour

(enhanced rate up to 16 per hour) based on a 37.5-hour week - with opportunities to grow.

What you'll be doing



We're on the lookout for

motivated, hands-on individuals

who are eager to learn, grow, and be part of something meaningful. While previous experience in manufacturing is a bonus, it's not essential --

what matters most is your willingness to get stuck in and learn

If you've got a natural mechanical aptitude and enjoy working with machinery, you'll fit right in. We'll provide

comprehensive training

to get you up to speed with our advanced equipment and processes.



In this role, you'll be involved in:


Manual handling and physical labour Moving and positioning steel components Operating cranes and other factory equipment
