As an engineering solutions provider, the Lincoln site offers advanced Silicone and Organic rubber products for a wide range of diverse applications, including automotive, mining, agricultural and the construction sector, through our three main product groups, Air & Fluid Handling, High-Tech Coated Fabrics, and Industrial Motion.

Knowledge of manufacturing either silicone or Organic hose products.

Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Familiar with Continuous Improvement processes and 5S culture.

Starting rate: 12.21 per hour + shift allowance

(shift options vary)and is reviewed after the first three months.
