Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Factory Worker to join our manufacturing team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop practical skills within a dynamic industrial environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting production processes, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring efficient operation of equipment. Prior experience is not essential, as comprehensive training will be provided to help you succeed in this role.

Working hours are 6 am until 2 pm with a 30 minute unpaid break.

Duties

Operate and monitor various manufacturing machinery and equipment to ensure smooth production flow Assist with the assembly, packaging, and quality control of products Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the factory floor to uphold health and safety standards Follow safety protocols and report any hazards or malfunctions immediately Support the movement of materials and finished goods within the facility using appropriate tools or equipment Participate in regular safety briefings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets efficiently

Skills

Good organisational skills with attention to detail Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Basic physical fitness; ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks Willingness to learn new procedures and adapt to changing priorities Prior experience in manufacturing or factory settings is advantageous but not mandatory Strong commitment to safety procedures and quality standards

Pay: 12.21-12.22 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
