We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Factory Operative to join our team in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities
Operate machinery and equipment used in woodworking production processes
Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area.
Collaborate with team members to meet production targets efficiently.
Experience
Previous experience in wood working / joinery is essential.
Basic mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor equipment issues is beneficial.
A strong commitment to teamwork, reliability, and punctuality is essential for success in this role.
