Responsibilities

Operate and monitor machinery and equipment used in production processes Assist with the assembly, packaging, and quality control of products Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the work area to ensure safety and efficiency Follow health and safety guidelines at all times to prevent accidents or injuries Support team members in meeting production targets and deadlines Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors promptly Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding operational standards

Experience

Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing environment is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced setting Good organisational skills with attention to detail Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs Basic understanding of health and safety regulations within an industrial environment
