Factory Operative

to join our hardworking and dedicated production team.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Preparing stock, including

cutting and bonding materials

- Achieving

high-quality mould finishes

through

sanding and assembly

- Assisting with

CNC machine cleaning and setup

- Maintaining

general workshop organisation

and stock levels

What We're Looking For:

?

Workshop Skills

- Experience using

circular saws, band saws, disc sanders

and similar machinery
?

Hand Tools Experience

- Confident using

angle grinders, battery drills, electric saws, sanders, etc.

?

Attention to Detail

- Ability to achieve

precise finishes

when sanding and cleaning moulds/tools
?

Manufacturing Experience

- Previous experience in a

manufacturing or engineering

environment
?

Team Player

- Positive attitude, strong initiative, and ability to work independently
