Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Factory Worker to join our small component shoe component manufacturing team to operate folding and cutting machinery, The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting production processes, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining a safe and organised work environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking hands-on experience within a dynamic industrial setting.

Duties

Operate and monitor machinery and equipment used in the manufacturing process Assist with the assembly, packaging, and inspection of products to meet quality specifications Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the factory floor to promote safety and efficiency Follow health and safety guidelines at all times, reporting any hazards or concerns to supervisors Support the loading and unloading of materials and finished goods as required Record production data accurately and assist with inventory management tasks Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines

Experience

Previous experience in a factory or industrial environment is advantageous but not essential; full training will be provided Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Good organisational skills with attention to detail Basic numeracy skills for recording data and measurements Willingness to follow safety procedures diligently and contribute to a safe working environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 12.50-14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 39.25 per week
