Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Operative to join our team in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate must have the ability to work methodically and accurately to tight customer driven deadlines in order to ensure continued customer satisfaction. For this position full training will be given, so the ability to learn quickly and display a positive attitude in a fast moving work environment is more important than previous experience.
Responsibilities
Operate various production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently Assemble components and products according to specifications and quality standards Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety regulations Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines Report any issues or discrepancies in the production process to supervisors promptly.
Requirements
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not essential. Flexible and adaptable attitude to work. Basic maths skills . Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a dynamic environment. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
