We're looking for a motivated Factory Supervisor to lead our team and ensure high-quality production standards are met every day.

Are you an experienced carpenter with strong leadership skills? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment?

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily factory operations and production workflows Provide hands-on support in carpentry-related tasks and quality control Train, guide, and oversee factory staff to ensure efficient and safe work practices Monitor inventory, materials, and equipment, ensuring everything runs smoothly Enforce health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean, organised workspace Collaborate with management on production goals and process improvements

Requirements:

Proven experience in carpentry (trade certification preferred) Strong practical and mechanical aptitude - this is a hands-on role Previous experience in a supervisory or team lead position Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality Familiarity with production tools and safety protocols.
