Overview

We are a family run business and are seeking a dedicated and reliable Factory Workers to join our team in Bethesda. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks that contribute to the efficient operation of the factory, ensuring that production goals are met while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Duties

Assemble products or components.

Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet quality control requirements.

Package and label finished goods for storage or shipment.

Cutting materials for projects.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently to produce goods.

Put all received goods in correct place on shop floor.

Experience

Previous factory or manufacturing experience is a plus--but not required.

Familiarity with operating machinery or tools is a plus.

Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.

Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude

Capability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.

Forklift license is a bonus - but not required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
