Factory Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking General Factory Operative to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining cleanliness across the factory, assisting with deliveries, and ensuring stock is moved and stored in the correct locations. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in their work and can work well as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Cleaning and maintaining the factory and work areas to a high standard Assisting with incoming and outgoing deliveries Moving stock and materials to the correct locations within the factory Supporting other factory operatives as required Following all health and safety procedures at all times Carrying out general factory duties as needed

Working Hours:

Monday to Thursday: 7:30am - 5:00pm Friday: 7:30am - 1:30pm

Pay & Benefits:

Competitive rate of pay Weekly attendance bonus (paid subject to full attendance)

Skills & Requirements:

Good timekeeping and attendance record Ability to carry out physical tasks, including lifting and moving stock Willingness to work as part of a team Attention to detail and a positive work attitude Previous factory or warehouse experience an advantage, but not essential
